 We are proud to announce that Tea Gardens Grange and The Hermitage Lifestyle Resorts' Village Manager, Julie Woolard, has been named Retirement Village Association (RVA) NSW Regional Manager of the Year. This is a fantastic achievement, well done Julie! The award was announced at the RVA Regional Conference on 11 July at the Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley. Julie was evaluated on key criteria including leadership style, professional development, continuous improvement initiatives, resident’s satisfaction, best industry practice and village innovation, to win the award. Julie was greatly honoured to win the award and to have the support from residents of Tea Gardens Grange and The Hermitage. In winning this award it also acknowledges the great team that we have at Crighton Lifestyle Resorts. Julie has worked for Crighton Lifestyle Resorts for five and half years and was appointed Village Manager in 2007. |
