Read what some of our residents have said about us. Dear Gail, Just a short note to thank you and your Sales Staff for the way you made our move to ‘THE GRANGE’ as stress free as possible. Right from the start, when we paid our deposit, to our moving in, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the depositor’s luncheons and inspections of our house, as we could watch it grow. The house is all we hoped for, and we look forward to many happy years ahead. Regards, John and Mary McJannett House 164 |

It is almost three years since we moved to live at The Grange. The time has gone by so quickly and I feel it has been home always. The positioning of the individual homes has given privacy that is not always found in the suburbs, yet creating a closeness that gives a feeling of security and comfort. I love my neighbours. We are grateful for the beautiful Club House and hope that we can go on enjoying it for many more years. The pool is really something, sensibly planned to cope with our age group. Congratulations to all concerned Ken & Meg Simmons House 42 |

I was living on the South Coast and losing so many of my friends to retirement villages and being told that it was the best thing they had ever done. I had been given a book on My Retirement, with many different places to live, but the one I kept going back to was Tea Gardens Grange. Having lost my husband I know I had a decision to make myself – now having done so and moved into Tea Gardens Grange I can say with all honesty – "it’s the best thing I have ever done". I would say to anybody – make the decision you will never regret – this is the perfect place. Betty Dudley |

…as we lived in Geelong we were mailed monthly with the progress updates, received phone calls and copies of "Grange Goss". The superb management made our arrival very easy and welcome. Having now resided here 18 months all the promises made, one by one, are being honoured - the luxurious Club House, swimming pool, the waterways… The whole atmosphere is what we treasure residing in the village. …We have now lived here for 18 months and the care that is still being provided is far beyond the usual duty of care we expected. The entertainment, outings etc. that are available to us have also been appreciated and we certainly do not have time to become bored. We thoroughly recommend Tea Gardens Grange to anyone who is contemplating retiring, they would never regret the move. Graham and Helen Catmur House 64 |

…we have made some very good friends with lots of chats every time we take a walk around our village, happy faces along with the sunshine make life worth living… we now have a lovely new "Club House", what a beauty, we enjoy the facilities, especially the ballroom, so very much… …may I make this final remark, in all the villages we previously visited, we never experienced the same ‘happy-jolly-pleasant’ times with any of their staff that made us really feel at home, as we have at "The Grange", so that really convinced us we were doing the right thing in making this choice.
